Welcome to ATRC

     ATRC is an approved "FAA Safety Team Training Provider". Whether you just want to learn to fly, sharpen your skills and maintain instrument proficiency,  or already are a professional pilot, ATRC is your complete source for pilot training.  We train in both the simulators and in aircraft.

        In addition to safety, training efficiency, and being very cost effective, the use of the simulator not only saves our environment with a reduction of a carbon footprint, but it also reduces the negative noise impact of flying the actual aircraft over the general population.

     In AC120-45A, the FAA states that flight simulators "...provide more indepth training than can be accomplished in the airplane and provide a very high transfer of skills, knowledge, and behavior to the cockpit."

      At ATRC we allow pilots to use a simulator with or without our instructor.  This allows individuals to train with their current instructor or to practice "solo."

IFR Proficiency is more than just being IFR Current

     At ATRC will strongly believe that just being "IFR Current" does not mean that you are at the top of your game.  We can design a customized course for you to help sharpen your skills, introduce you to new equipment, practice emergencies and systems failures, and increase your confidence level while making you a safer pilot.

     The program will challenge you with new airports and procedures along with adverse weather to help you establish personal minimums. Typically, the program is based on a monthly flight, but again, everything is designed around your needs and goals. Make the most of your instrument rating.

                          Beechcraft Baron Training

        With three Beech Baron simulators in the same location, ATRC offers all pilots more choices for Baron simulator training than any other organization. 

"Wannabee a Pilot" Flight Training Program 

      The Wannabee program starts the new pilot in a flight simulator instead of an actual airplane.  This is a great way to start for any student pilot.  Gift certificates are available.
